Hours: 9:00 am -2:30 pm (With 30 minute break) In this masterclass you will learn how to make beautiful and delicious petit gateaux. You will learn advanced pastry techniques including crunchy toppings, whipped ganaches, petit gateaux assembly, mirror glaze, among others. Chef Karina Rivera will teach you the proper preparation, shelf life, production and proper storage of these desserts.
