This class focuses on modern pastry techniques. Chef Karina Rivera will teach you modern pastry techniques including mirror glaze, crunchy covertures, whipped ganaches and more. In this class we will make 6 desserts (30 recipes approximately) 1. Blueberry and Frangipane Tart 2. Vanilla and Passion fruit wanna cotta 3. Banoffee tart 4. Raspberry and Lychee mousse 5. Tiramisu Choux 6.
