This class focuses on modern pastry techniques. Chef Karina Rivera will teach you modern pastry techniques including mirror glaze, crunchy covertures, whipped ganaches and more. In this class we will make 6 desserts (30 recipes approximately) 1. Apple financier tart 2. Berries pavlova 3. Paris Brest 4. Coffee and hazelnut entremet 5. Pecan, bourbon and vanilla tart 6.
