I was born and raised in Mexico City, where I studied Culinary Arts at Universidad Anahuac. After graduating in 2011, I took my first formal job as a pastry cook at Celebrity Cruises. It was a  very rewarding experience because discovering new places allowed me to find inspiration and become better and better.
